 1985 yılında İsmet ve Ekrem Dervent kardeşler tarafından kurulmuştur. Turgutlu`nun, kurulduğu dönem itibariyle ikinci çinko kaplama tesisiydi. Günümüz ve bölgemiz ihtiyaçlarına göre tesisimizde her zaman gelişmeye açık tutum izlenmiştir. Bu düşüncenin ürünü olarak siyanürlü çinko kaplama prosesinden, asitli çinko kaplama prosesine geçiş yapılmıştır.
01.01.2004 tarihinde İsmet Dervent`in oğlu Sabrettin Dervent`e yapılan resmi devir ile KAPSAN KAPLAMA, genç kuşağa geçmiş ve yenilikleri daha yakından takip etmeye başlamıştır.
Temmuz 2005`ten itibaren kapasite artırımı ile birlikte yeni işyerinde hizmete devam etmektedir. Aynı zaman için yeni prosesler için çalışmaya başlandı. Asitli Çinko prosesinin yanına Alkali çinko Prosesi olan Demir Çinko prosesi kuruldu ve imalat çeşitlendirme araştırmalarına başladı. Firmamız, kalite kontrol cihazları ve uzman personeli ile sektörde var olmak ve en iyi hizmeti vermek için mücadele etmektedir.
Haziran 2006 tarihinden itibaren ISO 9001-2000 kalite yönetim sistemi ile çalışılmaya başlanmıştır.
Bu çalışma, 09 Ocak 2007 tarihinde TÜV SÜD Türkiye firmasından denetlemesi ile sonuçlanmış ve KALİTE BELGESİ alınmıştır.

It has founded by Ismet and Ekrem Dervent brothers in 1985.
It was the second zinc plating facility in Turgutlu by the time it was established.
A formative spirit has always been followed in our facility regarding to the regional and the present day requirements. In respect of this apprehension, a transition has been made from cyanide zinc plating process to acidic zinc plating process.
KAPSAN KAPLAMA has been passed to new generation and has become close to innovations by the cession to Sabrettin Dervent the son of Ismet Dervent in the date of 01.01.2004.
It has been functioning at the new workplace with the increased capacity since July 2005. A work has taken place for the new processes at the same time.
At the side of Acidic Zinc process, Alkali Zinc process
has been set up and research for the product variety has been triggered. Our company makes an effort to be in the sector and to serve in the best way with it's quality control devices and professional employees.
ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System is being practiced since June 2006.
This project had been finished under inspection of TUV SUD Turkiye corporation in the 9th January 2007 and the Quality Certificate awarded.
